Can I download a list of my orders?

Yes. By clicking the Excel® logo at the top left of each order window, you can download a sortable list as an Excel® document. Please note, only the orders which appear on your screen at the time will be downloaded.

Can't see Dealership stock?

If you do not see the stock for your dealership when logged in this usually means that your request for access to the dealership inventory has not been approved by your VW Supply Team. GBA Group can not assist you with this for security reasons, you need to contact your VW Supply Team so that they are able to verify your request for access.

Need Dealership inventory changing?

If you have moved to a new dealership or need a an additional dealership code adding to your account to view inventory you need to contact your VW Supply Team. GBA Group can not assist you with this for security reasons.

Forgotten your password or you've been locked out?

You only have 3 attempts to login using the correct password in combination with your username. We recommend using the Forgot Password link before you make final attempt (this will email a new password to your linked email address). If you have made all 3 attempts unsuccessfully, you will need to contact your brand administrator to assist in unlocking the account. Please note: usernames are not case sensitive, but passwords are.

How many accounts can I have per dealer?

There is no limit as to how many accounts each dealer (identified by dealer code) can be allocated. We would encourage users to change their passwords on a regular basis.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by using the change password tool located in the menu in the manage account screen.

I have a technical query with the functionality of this site. Who should I contact?

Any technical issues with VIP should be reported to the GBA Group via the Help Desk. All enquiries relating to altering dealership inventory or changing the level of access that you require must be dealt with by your VW Supply Team.
